How long does it take you to process an order ?
All orders are process 7 to 10 days days from order date. Stay Lit work hard to ensure that all orders are ship out timely.
Which shipping carries do you use?
All orders are ship by UPS. Shipment days are Monday , Wednesday and Friday . USPS will be once a week.
Do you offer delivery ?
Yes, Stay Lit delivers only in the Philadelphia areas . Stay Lit also offers customer pick up. Customer will be notified of delivery time 24-48 hour before delivery.
Can I exchange my candles if I do not like the scent.
Sorry, we only exchange candles due to defects. Please be mindful we are a small business no two candles will not be identical. However the scents are the same. We are working towards excellence
